Miho’s services are available to customers worldwide, including the European Union.
Our platform stores the conversations shared by users and their customers which are forwarded to the communication by the user. We refer to those as Threads/Tickets in the form of an email.
In case a customer extends an invitation to their team members inside their workspace, the team members get access to those threads/tickets.
The user of Miho also has the ability to build a knowledge base, a set of available responses for their customer’s queries which can be removed by the user from Miho at any given moment.
Email conversations being forwarded inside our platform are referred to as threads.
The user has the control and ability to delete all pieces of information from Miho.
The user also possesses control over the deletion of their workspace. Once deleted, Miho does not have control over retrieving it in any way.
